AIC-SKU CEO Dr. C. Chandramouli outlined the focus for the coming year, emphasizing structured efforts to nurture early-stage ideas and strengthen institutional capacity. The planned collaboration includes:
- Startup idea exploration and validation support
- Mentoring from experts and industry practitioners
- Capacity-building programs for students and faculty
- Introduction and reinforcement of an innovation ecosystem on campus
- Enhanced industry linkages to connect learners with real-world opportunities
The MoU renewal underscores a shared vision to translate academic learning into impactful solutions, encourage interdisciplinary projects, and create pathways for student-led ventures. By pairing incubation guidance with practical exposure, the partnership aims to cultivate a pipeline of innovators equipped with the skills and networks needed to progress from concept to prototype and beyond.
The event was attended by Vice-Chairman Ramesh Naidu, Director of Skill Development Dr. M. Surendra Naidu, Dean of Research Dr. Muralidhar Kurni, and faculty members. With year two now underway, ALITS and AIC-SKU look to deepen their collaboration and build on the momentum generated so far.
