Element is dedicated to implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to fill roles within the leasing center. These positions are particularly focused on candidates with specialized knowledge and local insights that can contribute to the company’s success in the region.

Michael Lohan, CEO of IDA Ireland, voiced his support for Element’s decision to invest in Dublin, stating that it highlights Ireland’s attractiveness as a business destination. He pointed out, “This decision to create 70 new jobs in Dublin underscores Ireland’s reputation as a leader in the leasing industry and Ireland’s success in cultivating an excellent business environment to attract investment from Canada and beyond.”

In anticipation of its growth and operational scale-up, Element Fleet Management has forecasted net revenue of $1,365-1,390 million by the year 2025, alongside an adjusted operating income ranging between $750-770 million. This ambitious financial outlook underscores the company’s optimism about its expansion and future operations in Ireland.

The establishment of the new leasing hub in Dublin not only marks a significant milestone for Element Fleet Management but also signifies the strengthening of economic ties between Canada and Ireland. Moreover, it contributes to the vibrant leasing and automotive management sector in Ireland, promising growth and innovation for years to come.
