According to McNeil, the airline is rolling out 175 new main course dishes, alongside 26 innovative vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers and 34 decadent desserts. This initiative demonstrates Singapore Airlines’ commitment to providing an unmatched culinary journey for its passengers.

A notable highlight of Singapore Airlines’ revamped menu is the emphasis on authentic flavors and recipes from around the world, with a special focus on Indian cuisine. To achieve this, SATS Singapore, a renowned catering partner of the airline, has assembled a dedicated team of chefs with expertise in various culinary traditions. This team includes chefs specializing in north Indian and south Indian cuisine, who have been instrumental in conceptualizing and crafting an array of new meals specifically for Singapore Airlines.
