ŢUCA ZBÂRCEA & ASOCIAŢII is seeking a fully-fledged lawyer to join our Litigation Team. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled litigator with a strong interest in commercial and tax disputes. Previous exposure to public procurement litigation is an advantage.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in litigation.
- Legal Expertise: Solid knowledge of civil law, administrative law, and tax legislation.
- Key Skills: Outstanding research abilities, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills to handle complex legal issues, identify relevant facts, and apply the appropriate legislation.
- Collaboration: Team player with excellent organizational skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in MS Office.
