SecureSplit Appoints George Hernandez as Director of Sales to Accelerate Business Development and Growth | Weekly Voice

Newark, DE — January 29, 2026 — SecureSplit, the platform modernizing the financial side of divorce, has appointed George Hernandez as Director of Sales. In this role, Hernandez will lead business development and revenue strategy as the company expands partnerships with financial advisors, family law professionals, and organizations seeking clarity in increasingly complex divorce-related finances.

SecureSplit was built to bring efficiency, transparency, and accuracy to one of life’s most financially consequential transitions. By combining advanced AI with guided financial workflows, the platform replaces fragmented, spreadsheet-driven processes with a centralized, purpose-built system that supports both individuals and professionals throughout the divorce finance journey.

Experience at the Intersection of Law, Technology, and Operations

Hernandez brings a dual background in business and law, along with extensive experience driving go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and operational scale across the legal and legal-technology sectors. His career has centered on helping law firms and legal service providers adopt modern tools, streamline workflows, and commercialize solutions in complex, regulated environments.

Most recently, he co-founded Quick Linq, a legal-technology platform designed to streamline workflow coordination and operational efficiency across the legal ecosystem. There, he served as system architect and led sales strategy, product positioning, and partner development.

Prior to that, Hernandez founded Encomm Legal Solutions, which evolved into Arionex—an operations-focused consultancy providing tech-stack management and high-level operational guidance to personal injury law firms. This blend of legal training, SaaS leadership, and hands-on operations experience positions him to accelerate SecureSplit’s growth while strengthening its value proposition for professionals.

Driving Growth Through Partnerships and Professional Channels

As Director of Sales, Hernandez will focus on expanding SecureSplit’s presence across professional channels, deepening relationships with financial planners, mediators, and attorneys, and building strategic partnerships that elevate the standard of divorce financial planning. His mandate includes scaling the company’s revenue engine, refining market positioning, and ensuring that the platform’s capabilities align with the evolving needs of practitioners and their clients.

“SecureSplit is solving a real problem that professionals have been forced to manage with outdated tools for far too long. I’m excited to help scale a platform that brings clarity, coordination, and trust to an incredibly complex financial moment,” said Hernandez.

“George joins SecureSplit at an important moment in our growth,” said Jamie Lima, Co-Founder and CEO of SecureSplit. “His combination of legal training, startup leadership, and legal technology experience makes him uniquely qualified to help us scale responsibly while staying true to the seriousness of the problem we are solving.”

With increased demand for solutions that bring transparency, precision, and coordination to divorce financial planning, SecureSplit’s expanding leadership team positions the company to lead a category long overdue for modern infrastructure.
