Shamrock AI Bags $5 Mn To Help Enterprises Deploy AI Agents Reliably
Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI has raised $5 Mn (about ₹47.4 Cr) in a seed round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures. The Shillong-headquartered company plans to use the capital to accelerate product development, expand hiring across India and the US, ramp up go-to-market initiatives, and deepen its presence in the Middle East.
Building Reliable AI Agents for Complex Enterprises
Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Anuraag Nallapati, and Michael Gallagher, Shamrock AI is developing an agentic assurance platform designed to help large enterprises deploy AI agents across critical business processes—reliably and at scale. The platform focuses on ensuring that AI agents behave predictably and safely within complex, real-world enterprise environments.
At the core of Shamrock AI’s approach is an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph that maps and connects business processes, systems, data, and configurations. By grounding AI agents in this operational context, the platform aims to improve accuracy, stability, and auditability when agents interact with enterprise applications and workflows.
Initial Focus: ERP Transformations and Continuous Validation
Shamrock AI is initially targeting large-scale ERP transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations, where reliability and end-to-end process validation are mission critical. By automating testing and continuously validating business processes, the platform refines its understanding of how an organization actually operates, resulting in a progressively richer and more accurate model of enterprise behavior.
The company plans to build on this foundation to extend into data observability and autonomous business process automation, leveraging its knowledge graph and validation engine to monitor data flows and orchestrate complex processes with minimal manual oversight.
Customers and Global Footprint
Shamrock AI says it already serves multiple Fortune 500 enterprises, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company. As it scales, the startup expects 70%–80% of its workforce to be based in India while building a client-facing team in the US.
In addition to its headquarters in Shillong, Shamrock AI maintains offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco to support product development and customer engagement across regions.
Use of Funds
- Accelerate product development and platform capabilities
- Expand hiring across India and the United States
- Scale go-to-market and customer success operations
- Grow presence and partnerships in the Middle East
Why It Matters
Investment in India’s AI ecosystem has been rising, with strong interest in solutions that help enterprises operationalize AI responsibly across functions. Shamrock AI’s emphasis on assurance, context, and continuous validation addresses a key barrier to enterprise adoption: deploying AI agents that can be trusted to perform reliably in high-stakes, interconnected environments.
Recent funding activity in the space, including rounds raised by enterprise-focused AI startups, underscores growing investor confidence in platforms that integrate with existing systems and enhance business outcomes through automation and observability.
What’s Next
With fresh capital, Shamrock AI aims to deepen its knowledge graph coverage, enhance reliability and governance controls for AI agents, and broaden use cases beyond ERP testing to data observability and autonomous process automation. The company’s near-term priorities include expanding its engineering and customer-facing teams and accelerating deployments with large enterprises across key markets.
