Sales totaled $28.2 million for the month, reflecting a 2.7 per cent rise from the same time last year. In terms of listings, new entries were 5.9 per cent beneath the five-year average and 8.6 per cent below the ten-year mark for April.
Active listings, although 14.4 per cent higher than the five-year average, remain 34.3 per cent below the ten-year norm for this period. At April’s end, 383 residential listings were active, a slight 5.7 per cent decrease from the prior year.
