Technology Students and Industry Recruiters to Connect at NAB Show Mixer
The NAB Leadership Foundation and NAB PILOT will host their second mixer for technology students at the 2026 NAB Show, uniting emerging talent with broadcast industry recruiters for an evening of networking and career exploration.
The event is set for April 18, 5–6:30 p.m., in the North Hall, Room N225/226 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Approximately 70 students from this year’s Technology Apprenticeship Program (TAP) and NAB PILOT’s NextGen TV Fellowship will participate. Recruiters and industry partners will have the opportunity to meet entry-level candidates prepared for engineering and technology roles—positions many stations are eager to fill.
“The foundation’s TAP students, along with the NextGen fellows, represent the next generation of technically trained individuals who are embracing innovation and shaping the future of broadcasting. We strongly encourage hiring managers to join us for this mixer to engage with our participants and be the first to set up potential interviews.”
—Michelle Duke, President, NAB Leadership Foundation
Organizations may attend the mixer for a fee that includes space to display materials and access to a student roster with resumes. Space is limited, so early reservation is recommended.
