RenX’s Myakka Biomass Platform Targets Domestic Share of Soil Amendments Market with Planned …

MIAMI, FL, May 28, 2026 — RenX Enterprises Corp. (NASDAQ: RENX) provided an operational update on its integrated Florida processing platform and outlined its strategy to expand its domestic presence in the growing soil amendments market, estimated at approximately $19.6 billion in 2025 and projected to grow at an 11.2% CAGR through 2030.

Integrated Florida Processing Platform

At its permitted 80-acre Myakka City facility, operated through wholly owned subsidiary Resource Group US Holdings LLC, RenX runs an integrated organics processing operation that converts regional biomass streams into commercial-grade soil and landscape products.

  • Feedstock sources include green waste, land-clearing debris, and landscaping materials collected from across central and southwest Florida.
  • Inbound material is reduced in size via grinding, then screened to separate standard finished products—mulch, compost, and processed wood—from oversize fractions designated for further processing.
  • The facility is designed for continuous inbound and outbound flows, product consistency, and environmental compliance across its permitted footprint.

Commercial Footprint and Logistics

The Company serves 117 active commercial customers spanning central and southwest Florida. Logistics are vertically integrated through wholly owned subsidiary Zimmer Equipment Inc., which provides “bookend” transport—moving feedstock inbound and finished products outbound—to enhance service reliability and cost control. Zimmer Equipment generated $5.94 million in revenue in fiscal 2025.

Operational Visibility

An independent third-party aerial volumetric flyover conducted in May 2025 measured approximately 248,966 cubic yards of combined feedstock and finished material on-site at Myakka City. This figure represents a point-in-time inventory snapshot and is not indicative of throughput, processing rates, or production capacity.

Market Positioning

RenX is positioning its Myakka platform to capture a larger share of the U.S. soil amendments market by leveraging the following strengths:

  • A permitted 80-acre site engineered for operational scale and continuity.
  • Integrated processing that converts diverse biomass streams into higher-value products such as mulch, compost, and processed wood.
  • Vertically integrated logistics through Zimmer Equipment, enabling tighter control over inbound and outbound flows and supporting customer service levels.
  • A diversified base of 117 active commercial customers across key Florida regions.

With demand for soil health solutions and sustainable landscaping materials on the rise, RenX’s end-to-end model—spanning feedstock aggregation, processing, inventory management, and logistics—aims to deliver dependable supply and quality to regional buyers while expanding the Company’s domestic footprint.

Outlook

RenX expects continued development of the Myakka City operation to support product availability and customer growth, aligning the platform with anticipated market expansion through 2030. The Company intends to build on its integrated model and customer relationships to grow share in mulch, compost, and processed wood categories while maintaining disciplined operations and inventory practices.
